Andrew Tate, a 36-year-old former kickboxer and social media influencer known for his misogynistic, abusive, and pro-Islam videos, along with his brother Tristan Tate and two Romanian women, have been arrested last Tuesday for human trafficking and running an organized criminal group that functions to abuse and sexually trafficked women.
In addition to those criminal charges mentioned above, Andrew Tate was also charged of rape and physical abuse against one woman.
Through six months of investigation, prosecutors in Bucharest court said that Tate and other suspects started forming the criminal group for trafficking women in 2021, not only in Romania but also in other parts of Europe and the United States. Within these charges, the suspects are also being investigated for other crimes including “money laundering, influencing statements, and trafficking of minors”.
The Tate brothers, according to charges, psychologically and emotionally manipulate their victims into believing that the two are wanting a serious relationship when in reality, these women were set up to be forced to perform sexual acts in front of a web cam for the Tate brothers to financially benefit from the money being paid by customers in the said activity. On their own website, Andrew Tate wrote about this openly:
“My job was to meet a girl, go on a few dates, sleep with her, get her to fall in love with me to the point where she would do anything I say and then get her on web cam so we could become rich together.”
In many of his videos, you can also find Andrew Tate admitting to these illegal and exploitative activities. For instance, Tate is proudly talking about getting rich from not only facilitating but also for disseminating those online sex videos by the women they’ve abused. In one of his videos, Andrew Tate also bragged about bribing authorities so that he can get away from any crime he committed. According to him:
“The whole idea of “law and order” is a lie! The whole idea of it is bullshit. It’s just an idea that if you’re high enough, you can throw it all away… if corruption exist, which it does, let us all play! Why do all get to play and I don’t get to play?
I like living in a society where my money, my influence and my power mean that I’m not below or beholden to any of these bullshit laws coz laws and the whole idea of law, the whole idea of justice, the whole idea of fair… all of it is a fucking lie.”
In Apostate Prophet’s recent live broadcast together with David Wood, two of the most popular critics of Islam and Sharia Law, the two also show a clip where Andrew Tate was caught through his words talking about having sex with 15-year-old and 16-year-old girls. Further in the program, they played a video of Tristan Tate discussing about his “online course” on how to date and have sex with virgin girls:
“In my situation, you get access to girls that no one else has access to. When you run game like me and meet the women who I meet and roll on the circles I meet, you meet beautiful virgins. Sometimes, me, I’ll do or three virgins a year.”
Prosecutors have now requested the confiscation of the Tate brothers’ assets as part of the indictment process. These assets include their cryptocurrencies worth about $380,000, luxury cars, expensive watches, house and land properties, and an amount of more than $100,000 in various currencies. The suspects are now under house arrest.
