The citizens of the Philippines are currently running a petition against Senate Bill 1869, a bill that materializes the elite’s ideas on how to run the Philippine society in a program called the “pandemic treaty”, using the issue of health. With concerted efforts initiated by various groups and agencies, leaders try to raise several signatures that oppose the WHO’s version of the “pandemic treaty”, dubbed Senate Bill 1869, as this proposal might bring the end of freedom and individual choices when it comes to health and medicine.

According to the petition by the Filipino people at Change.org, entitled “Stop Philippine Senate Bill 1869, No to Medical Martial Law”:

“The right to life is enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the 1987 Philippine Constitution. A law that authorizes compulsion or coercion of persons so that experimental vaccinations and medical protocols may be used on them, plays Russian Roulette with individuals and violates their human right to life.”

Meanwhile, discussing the inhumane and ironic business of quarantine, the petition continues:

“Another problem with Senate Bill 1869, as many have observed, is its shameless protocols against persons “suspected” to be carrying SARS-CoV2. Quarantining a person who is not positive in a so-called infectious disease is no doubt a human rights violation; a very unfair treatment to poor. Isolating an individual who do not consent through the defenses related to health, religion, or conscience is an obvious human rights harm. It’s better to be careful.”

As the ‘pandemic treaty’ creeps silently fast beneath the layer of politics into the human individual sovereignty, benefiting agencies such as the World Economic Forum (WEF), World Health Organization (WHO), International Health Regulations (IHR), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) continue to work together in actualizing this what seems to be a global constitutional amendment effort that would weaken the foundation of a country and compel the citizens into following irrational and unscientific health protocols.

This international program, marketed under the façade of health with a slogan “safe and effective…” and “for your own safety and protection…”, is threatening, or terrorizing, many countries in many parts of the world including those which already have established clearly defined rights and legal justifications to health that protect against harm, abuse, and human rights violation.

Engineered by the richest billionaire tycoons operating under the umbrella of the WEF, the ‘pandemic treaty’ is seen by some experts to be a disguised medical martial law tailored to dismantle local government powers all over the world. Many analysts spotted the loopholes that some of the politicians are trying to play with, knowingly and unknowingly, while dancing to the tune of the CDC under the minds that are fixated to the cash flow.

This corruption, of course, has coincided with the creation of the CDC main office in the Philippines, meaning that the biggest funder of the WHO is again strengthening its tentacles and dirty hands for further control, coupled with rampant bribery that is being showered ever since as an old trick by these manipulators and their lobbyists.

This is not only happening in Asian countries. In the United Kingdom (UK), a member of the parliament, Andrew Bridgen, called for a petition against WHO’s “pandemic treaty”, a proposal which he called “a huge grab of power” by the “unelected, unaccountable bureaucrats.” As per Andrew Bridgen, this would “increase the global health organization’s power during health emergencies”.

As written on the WHO website, the main goal of the “pandemic treaty” is “to foster a comprehensive, multi-sectoral approach to strengthening national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics”. According to the WHO, which many believe is another flowery word that does not mean anything important, it will be an “opportunity for the world to come together as a global community for peaceful cooperation that extends beyond this crisis”.
