The United States government just approved payments intended to pay compensation for COVID vaccine injuries through the Health and Resources Service Administration (HRSA)’s Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP). The report shows “one $2,019.55 payment for anaphylaxis and two payments — $1,582.65 and $1,032.69 — for myocarditis”.
CICP is a body that provides “compensation for serious injuries or deaths that occur as the result of the administration or use of certain countermeasures” (vaccines, medication, device, or other item used to prevent, diagnose, or treat a public health emergency or a security threat). It may include “unreimbursed medical expenses (expenses that health insurance did not cover), lost employment income, and the survivor death benefit”.
Upon looking at the programs based on the titles, one might think the US federal health departments are doing a great job in prioritizing and protecting human lives and human rights of the American people. However, when you look through the surface, these bodies are doing very little and sometimes function as an additional burden to the victims. As reported by Children’s Health Defense (CHD):
“The CICP was established under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, which protects pharmaceutical companies from liability for injuries sustained from “countermeasures,” such as vaccines and medications, administered during a public health emergency.”
Meanwhile, referring to the payouts for the myocarditis claim, the Acting President of CHD, Laura Bono, stated:
“The CICP is a pathetic, government-run program that gives complete liability protection to the very industries profiting from the COVID vaccine or product. While victims linger with their injuries, paying out-of-pocket for expenses, or at worst die, the industries run to the bank.”
Visiting their website, one can see how the HRSA shamelessly wrote these statements about the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP):
“Most people who get vaccines have no serious problems. Vaccines, like any medicines, can cause side effects, but most are very rare and very mild. Some health problems that follow vaccinations are not caused by vaccines. In very rare cases, a vaccine can cause a serious problem, such as a severe allergic reaction.”
When looking at the current adverse events recorded in VAERS (vaccine adverse events reporting system), there have been 1,541,275 reported cases of injuries/deaths from COVID vaccine. How come these health authorities, along with the mainstream media echo chambers, say that COVID vaccine is generally safe and effective when pointing to the reports indicates the opposite?
It doesn’t end right there. Most of the time, many vaccine-injured people decried the agony in claiming these compensations. According to people who are familiar about the processes in vaccine injury compensation themselves, the system is designed to be “very convoluted and non-transparent” and, as what the CHD have reported:
“Because the CICP reviews and resolves claims through an administrative rather than a judicial process, no details other than the amount of the payments have to be shared with the public. The CICP was known for its cumbersome claims process and low likelihood of success for claimants even before the pandemic. Since then, it has seen unsustainable growth. According to HRSA’s numbers, of the 11,941 claims filed with the CICP since 2010, nearly 11,000 of them are still under review.”
It’s very unfortunate that federal health authorities are still pushing COVID vaccines even to children when clearly there is no substantiated evidence to justify this action by the government. Aside from the bogus claims of safety, there has been no concrete and solid report from studies showing a true picture of how the COVID vaccine really works.
In a recently published peer-reviewed study called the “International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research”, it was discovered that there’s a higher incidence of “menstruation problems, myocarditis and cerebrovascular events following COVID-19 vaccination” and that “the number of reported deaths related to an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine was more than 45 times as many deaths per vaccine dose as were reported for all the influenza vaccines combined since 1990”.
