The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) conducted a study in response to a recommendation for additional federal research into the safety of childhood immunizations that started in 2013, particularly their use of aluminum, made by the Institute of Medicine, now known as the National Academy of Medicine. The study’s authors looked at health records from 326,991 kids who were born between the beginning of 2008 and the end of 2014 and received care at seven facilities across the country that are a part of the Vaccine Safety Datalink, a collaboration between the CDC and a network of medical centers to study the safety of vaccines.
Dr. Matthew F. Daley is the study’s lead author. Along with him are Dr. Frank DeStefano and other current and past employees of the CDC. Dr. Daley told reporters that children in the study who received 3 milligrams or more of vaccine-related aluminum had at least a 36% higher risk of getting chronic asthma than children who received less than 3. Academic Pediatrics, a medical publication, published the study and as always, the scientists took care not to imply a causative link between aluminum in vaccines and asthma, although they did state that further exploration of this concept looks necessary.
Since children with eczema may be more likely than children without eczema to develop asthma, independent of how much exposure either group had to aluminum in vaccines, the authors split the children into two groups: those who had eczema by the age of 12 months and those who did not. The scientists then looked at information on the number of immunizations each child had before turning two and used that information to calculate the exposure to aluminum for each child. Finally, they examined which kids between the ages of 2 and 5 had developed persistent asthma. In both children with and without eczema, the authors discovered a positive link between cumulative vaccine-associated aluminum before age 24 months and chronic asthma at age 24 through 59 months.
According to the CDC, an increase in childhood asthma began before the 1991 introduction of aluminum to immunizations. Data from the National Health Interview Survey of the CDC, however, show that the rise in childhood asthma was first seen in 1980. As evident in history, the CDC has no problem with dishonesty and doesn’t sincerely care about integrity. Decades of complaints and lawsuits against big pharmaceuticals can also clearly show how compromised the CDC is. Even as this article is being written right now, the CDC is facing a major accountability suit in court.
In Texas, the CDC has only until Friday to make public the initial batch of data regarding side effects following COVID-19 vaccination that the agency has gathered via its V-safe app. According to ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network), an Austin-based nonprofit organization dealing with vaccine issues, big pharma, and scientific integrity, the court decision orders the CDC to make public the first set of 19 months’ worth of data gathered from numerous participants who used the V-safe app to report adverse reactions to the COVID-19 immunization between December 14, 2020, and July 31, 2022.
