One of the biggest Youtube channels in the Philippines, Raffy Tulfo in Action, is now down to 21.7 million subscribers from its highest number of 22.1 million weeks ago.
The decrease in subscribers happened after the controversial segment where he compares 16 million voters of the current Philippine President, Rodrigo Roa Duterte, and the 40 million subscribers. On which he corrected that it was 37 million subscribers of ABS CBN Entertainment.
On his controversial deleted video, he said:
“Siyempre, walang nagsasalita sa kanila doon (ASAP Guesting), tahimik lang, nakikita ko ang lungkot, dati rati nag geguest na ako sa ABS CBN noon pa.”
“Maraming taong masaya pero ngayon malulungkot sila, ah kasama na sa lungkot ko kung kayo’y nalulungkot,”
“Wag kayong malungkot dahil (nag bilang,) 6, 7, 8 yan na lang, pwede nating sabihin 9, 10 months”
“10,000 kasi ang nawalan ng trabaho. Oh pwede baka sabihin ni Lord, sige 10 months okay na ulit. Diba?”
“Bakit ka tumatawa? [“Masaya ako sa 10 Months na yan” ~ co-host] Okay ang 10 months…”
“O malay mo, kumbaga, mag babanggaan yong 16 million vs 42 million subscribers. Na gets mo? 16 million vs 42 million ata yung subscribers. Combine mo pa baka 50 million ano? Vs 16 million?”
“Alin mas marami doon?”
Raffy Tulfo released a video statement, a reaction video, regarding the “misinformation” issue that was spreading online.
