President Rody Duterte leads the presentation of three (3) Republic Acts (RA) at the Malacañan Palace on October 9, 2018. The President receives copies of the three Republic Acts: 1. Republic Act 11057 or “The Personal Property Security Act” from Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III. 2. Republic Act 11058 or “An Act Strengthening Compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof” from Labor and Employment Secretary Silvestre Bello III. 3. Republic Act 11079 or “An Act Mandating the Integration of the Maasin City College into the Southern Leyte State University” from Commission on Higher Education Commissioner Prospero de Vera.
