President Rody Duterte sympathizes with the victims who lost their loved ones in a landslide in Naga City, Cebu. The President visited the victims who are currently taking shelter at the Enan Chiong Activity Center (ECAC) on September 21, 2018. Aside from providing the victims financial aid, the President said that he would assign National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Marcelino Escalada Jr. and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairperson Eduardo Del Rosario to administer the construction of houses for the landslide victims.
