President Rody Duterte commiserates with the bereaved families of landslide victims during the onslaught of Typhoon ‘Ompong’ at the Provincial Capitol in La Trinidad, Benguet on September 17, 2018. He assured the families that aside from the assistance provided by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, he would also accommodate all the funeral expenses. Also, the President gave his word to the families of those who are still missing that the government would continue its search and retrieval operations.
