Presidential Communications (Government of the Philippines) Secretary Martin Andanar and Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Do Jonghwan signed the memorandum of understanding on the cooperation between the two countries in the field of broadcast in Seoul, South Korea on June 5, 2018. The cooperation aims to enhance capabilities in the field of broadcasting and to undertake joint or individual activities and programs that would help strengthen cooperation.
